We service anywhere in the world, if you don’t live in Christchurch you can ship your electronic equipment to us to repair. If your equipment is immovable we service within a 40km radius of Christchurch with our mobile services van. The van is equipment with the same testing equipment and parts as our workshop.
We have have an office workspace in Christchurch that contains all the equipment we need to fix your electronics. Alternatively, if you're unable to transport your machinery, we have a mobile-service too.

Yes we do. If new parts were installed on your equipment we offer a 12 month warranty on the new parts. We don't provide any warranty on other faults.
The length of time it takes for us to repair equipment varies. This is often due to the complexity of the electronic components and what the exact fault is. While we have an inventory of parts in our workshop that can be used, we often have to specially order parts in which can increase the time of repair.
