Mulford Plastics are a plastics manufacturer and distributer who distribute their products all over the Asia Pacific region. Jeremy from Mulford Plastics came to Industrial Electronic with an issue with their PLC Controller. The challenge with this repair was that there had already been multiple attempts to repair their CNC machine. After a long investigative process, David from Industrial Electronic found that The PLC Controller was running on old software system, however David Bourke from Industrial Electronic was up to the task to fix this broken CNC Saw machine.

Once diagnosing the software system, David found the issue to be in the electrical cabinet of the PLC Controller. He efficiently ordered some new parts for it, installed them into the controller and we were back on deck. Even with the machine causing a few intermittent issues, David was right onto it and provided a fast and effective solution to get Mulford Plastics back up and running.
